Toss spinach, carrots, red onion in large bowl. Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette and toss well to coat (recipe below). Serve salad topped with grilled chicken, bacon, and nectarines.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, balsamic vinegar, garlic, and mustard powder. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette and top with pecans.
